1. NagaBosti is an information platform (noticeboard/intermediary) owned and operated by V&T Business Services (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U63999NL2026OPC014187, trading as V&T Enterprise. It connects sellers and buyers. It is NOT a party to any transaction.
  2. The platform does not collect, hold or process any payment, and does not transport, deliver or inspect any goods. All payment and delivery are arranged solely between buyer and seller (including Shop orders; order status shown in the app is information provided by the seller).
  3. The SELLER bears full and sole responsibility for: the legality of every item listed; truthfulness of the description, photos and price; quality and condition of goods; delivery and its consequences; compliance with all applicable laws including the prohibited list above. Listing a prohibited item leads to removal and account ban.
  4. Sellers confirm they are located in Nagaland and that the district declared at registration is true. False declaration = delisting.
  5. Property and land listings are information only. All verification, documentation and legal compliance — including protections under Article 371A — rest entirely with the parties.
  6. The platform is liable only for faults of its own systems, and its liability is limited to the subscription amount paid, if any.
  7. Buyers deal with sellers at their own judgment; the Verified badge means an ID was checked, not a guarantee of any transaction.

  9. Acceptance of these terms is recorded (date, time, phone number) at registration and is a condition of use.
  10. Every seller receives 20 free advertisements, once, when they register — this is a one-time allowance, not renewed yearly. After that, advertisement capacity is bought in packs that do not expire: ₹100 for 20 advertisements, ₹300 for 70 advertisements, ₹500 for 130 advertisements. Posting a new advertisement, and renewing one that has expired, each use up one advertisement from the pack. The Verified badge costs ₹600 per year. The Shop plan, for sellers who want their own shop page, costs ₹6,000 per year — this is an introductory price and may be revised. All fees are non-refundable once paid.
